A Native Virginian, Chef Alex Lira brings his culinary vision to The Lot. After studying at Tom Colicchio’s Craft in New York under Chef Damon Wise, Lira developed a passion for butchering. He moved on to Marlow and Daughters, Brooklyn’s premiere snout to tail butcher shop. After time well spent in New York, Lira was ready to move back down south where he currently enjoys banjo picking, buckhunter, pickling, and smoking (meats).
